Watersedge is a purpose built B&B nestled in the Sheen Falls woods and is just 10 min walk along the waterfront to Kenmare Town. Our bedrooms are finished to a very high standard. All our rooms are ensuite with power showers, hair dryers, flat screen television and DVD. The beds are fully orthopaedic and floors contain hollow core concrete sound proofing. There is hot tea / coffee and biscuits available all day in our guest dining room which overlooks the harbour. We have an extensive library with books, local maps and a large selection of DVDs. Its the oldest festival in Ireland and is held on the 10th, 11th and 12th of August. A goat is crowned King Puck and honoured in the centre of town for these 3 days. Killorglin is jam packed with free entertainment such as open air evening concerts and street entertainment. Tara Farm B&B is a spacious house with six ensuite bedrooms - all large rooms, with television, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and sitting areas. World famous Garnish Island Gardens in the idyllic village of Glengarriff are only a twenty-minute drive away. The newly opened Bonane Heritage Park is five minutes walk from us. This park contains many ancient sites of archaeological interest, ring forts, stone circles, a famine ruin and standing Stones. It shows that our parish of Bonane was inhabited 6000 years ago.
